It’s a Cooking TV kind of day
It's springtime in the south, and yet we're experiencing temperatures in the 60s with the sky being gray and overcast, making it a perfect day for me to either work on a quilting project or binge-watch my favorite series.
Today is a cooking TV kind of day; I'm watching my recorded episodes of Lidia's Kitchen, America's Test Kitchen, Cook's Country, The Key Ingredient, and Milk Street. I find watching cooking shows inspiring, as they give me ideas on trying new dishes. They also show me new ways to use my kitchen tools and appliances.
Anytime I'm looking for a new kitchen appliance, cookware, or tool, I look at the recommendations from America's Test Kitchen. When I needed to replace my food processor, I went to ATK and looked up their recommendations.
Now I'm back to paying attention to this next recipe.
