Recipe- Greek Pasta Salad
Greek Pasta Salad
This is pasta salad that I had from a deli in Calistoga, California- this is my take on what’s in it
It's simple enough to make: rigatoni noodles (cooked al dente), pesto (if you don't make it yourself, buy the fresh stuff in your grocer's refrigerated section - get two), kalamata olives (I rinse them under cool running water to remove the brine), one package of crumbled nonfat feta cheese, and one jar of sun-dried tomatoes (I use the ones from California in oil because they're from California and they're more flavorful). Mix, mix, mix, and let chill in the fridge.
It’s best served cold.
