To make informed purchasing decisions, it is essential to shop around and compare prices. The online ad on the right, which frequently appears in my daily feed, is juxtaposed with my preferred shopping destination for sewing notions, Wawak.com, on the left. Notably, the online ad's sale price is double the regular price offered by Wawak.com. Now I’m not saying don’t shop this website, they have other items that are at great prices (and I’ve bought tools from them). Just pay attention to what the prices are on the various websites

In addition to purchasing serger thread from Wawak, I also procure all my machine needles, including those for my serger, coverstitch machine, modern Janome sewing machines, vintage Singer sewing machines, and embroidery machines. By shopping through Wawak, I am able to save a substantial amount of money. While I value shopping for fabrics at my local area quilt shops, you’ll never see me buying thread or sewing machine needles at any of them.
