Spring Cleaning - bathroom edition

At Chez Grisé, we are currently undertaking our spring cleaning- bathroom edition.

I’ve embarked on a comprehensive inventory and reorganization project for our bathroom toiletries. Taking a fresh look at our facecloths, hand towels, and bath towels- do they need replacing? Additionally, I took stock of essential items such as antiperspirants, toothpaste, shampoo, toilet paper, body wash, and sunscreen for both facial and bodily use, determining whether replenishment is necessary. The same diligence is being applied to our bathroom cleaning supplies, ensuring that we have an adequate stock and making note of any necessary purchases.

As we navigate sales, it's essential to adopt a mindful approach to consumption, only acquiring items that will be used before they expire or reach their recommended usage dates, reducing waste in the process.

When transitioning between skincare product brands, consider donating unused and unexpired items to local food banks or domestic violence shelters, spreading kindness and compassion.

Additionally, inspect open skincare product containers for any visible changes in color or unpleasant odors, which may indicate bacterial contamination, and replace them with a renewed commitment to self-care.
