What color do you not have a lot of in your fabric stash?

For me, it’s brown.

Brown just isn’t a color I use a lot of.

In 2013, I made a gingerbread man Christmas quilt, in 2017 I made a football quilt for my husband, in 2022 I made a coffee-themed table runner, and in 2023 I made a reindeer quilt block (that I haven’t turned into anything yet); that’s the extent of my using brown as a focal color.

Brown just isn’t a color I’m drawn to incorporating into my fabric collection, and I rarely use it in my projects. Honestly, it’s got to be something very specific for me to buy brown fabric.
